Service Description

Our expertise in preparing for and running Annual Meetings will give Boards of Directors the freedom to run the meeting and address owners properly. We will prepare the required mailing of the Notice, monitor quorum and handle the sign-in process. If requested, we will review the ByLaws and governing documents for meeting requirements and assist with owners concerns if requested by the Board.
